2 years ago I met this family & they instantly earned a special place in our hearts. You see, 2 years ago they unexpectedly lost their beautiful daughter Aspen. It has been a long, rough 2 years & I can't imagine the heart ache & pain they have experienced. I have wanted to take their family pictures since that time, but as you can imagine, family pictures without one of your daughters, just doesn't seem right. They approached me about doing pictures before I moved with the brilliant idea of doing them in a grove of aspen trees. I'm sure you noticed there is an aspen tree representing their Aspen in every picture. What an amazing, beautiful family!
